As a former Director of Operations for Google, he led teams responsible for implementing and improving product experiences for major global products, including the Google Business Profile, Google Merchant Center, and Google Wallet. This background provides him with a deep understanding of Local SEO and how businesses can maximize their visibility in local search results.
Amy is an experienced SEO specialist who focuses on small business SEO and Google listing troubleshooting and is active in a diverse range of industries. With experience dating to 2015, she’s contributed her expertise to boutique agencies and a comprehensive legal SEO agency, and she independently manages Google listings. She has contributed to many articles, webinars, and conferences, and has participated in the 2020, 2021, and 2023 Local Search Ranking Surveys from Whitespark.
