Expert Escalation

This service prepares, documents, and escalates your issue to Google.
In the case of escalating reviews, an "escalation" can include multiple reviews for the same listing.
Note: This fee covers the guaranteed expert effort, not a guarantee of removal.
Monthly Recurring Services
Assurance

Proactive monitoring plan including pre-suspension file creation, daily monitoring for unauthorized changes, and free reinstatement service if a suspension occurs while under this plan.
This service has a one-time setup fee ($200) for standalone "Assurance" clients. This covers the initial labor to audit and update the listing to remove major risk items. Includes the first month of the Assurance service. Note: this is waived if the client also purchases the one time “Premium Optimization” service
Review Policy Protection
$75/ listing / month
A dedicated service for managing policy-violating reviews. Includes: 1) Proactive weekly monitoring of reviews, and 2) Handling the first two levels of the removal process (in-profile flagging & support tool escalation).
This service is limited to 10 review escalations per month.
Monthly Ranking Service (Tiered Pricing)
Active, full-service management for clients aiming to improve local map pack rankings. Includes ongoing optimization, Google Posts, Q&A management, photo strategy, and performance monitoring.
Our Monthly Ranking Service includes listing Setup or Reinstatement (as needed), Premium Optimization and Ongoing Monthly Management. This service includes both the Assurance and Review Policy Protection programs.
